Mike received his B.A. degree with distinction from Stanford
University in 1969 and his J.D. degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 1972. He was admitted
to practice the same year before the California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California
and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Until 1979 he engaged in general civil and criminal litigation with court and jury
trials. Since 1979 he has specialized in workers’ compensation and has extensive trial and appellate experience. Since
1985 he has been a Certified Specialist, Workers’ Compensation Law, Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California.
He has been named a Northern California super lawyer in workers’ compensation law. He has lectured numerous times on
various workers’ compensation subjects for professional groups. Steve received his B.A. Degree
in Political Science from the University of San Diego in 1998 and his J.D. Degree from California Western School of Law in
San Diego, California in 2001. Steve has had experience with several firms in the San Diego area. His experience
includes research and preparation of motions, discovery documents and memoranda in civil litigation. Steve is from a
"family of lawyers" and has been working at various firms since high school. He currently resides in Fair
Oaks area with his wife and son.

Jill was raised in
Redding, California and was among the first graduating class at Foothill High School in Palo Cedro. She received her Bachelor
of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento, graduating with honors in 1999. Ms. Molohan then received
her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with great distinction in 2004. While
attending McGeorge, Ms. Molohan became a staff writer for the McGeorge Law Review, publishing three articles in two volumes
of the law review. Ms. Molohan was then elected to the Board of Editors as the Chief Symposium Editor for the 34th volume
of the law review. Ms. Molohan also participated in the Trial Advocacy program at McGeorge receiving honors for her efforts
and was appointed to the Traynor Honor Society in 2003. When not practicing law, Ms. Molohan enjoys spending time with friends
and family, writing and outdoor activities. Sharon joined
Rahn, Murphy & Young in November 2010. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelors
of Arts degree in Political Science. Sharon received her Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University and was awarded the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award" in Constitutional Law. In 2009 she was recognized
on the Dean’s List. While attending law school, she volunteered at the Katherine and George Alexander Community
Law Center in San Jose. Additionally, she was selected to be a fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy and worked
closely with Leon Panetta. In her spare time Sharon enjoys running, pilates, and traveling.
Roy attended San Francisco State University for
Undergrad and received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He also studied at
the Saltzburg Institute of Law, in Salzburg, Austria. He has over 7 years of workers' compensation experience and was
previously a managing attorney for a prominent defense firm in Northern California. Mr. Yang previously served
as the Director at Large for the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento and was a Regional Committee Member of the
National Asian Pacific Bar Association. Mr. Yang’s professional experience includes expertise in Workers’ Compensation
as well as in Labor and Asbestos litigation.
